Carmelo’s nestled in the heart of Ambleside has been a mainstay for North Shore diners for over 20 years.

With two chefs J.P (John Pavle) & Adam Shaughnessy, Carmelo’s has the best one – two punch of any West Vancouver Restaurant. The room is cozy and full of bustle, the service friendly and confidant with over ½ the team “coming up through the ranks” from other positions within the small organization, almost a family feel to it.

The menu is not “fussy” with most of the main stays of Italian cuisine represented, Such as Penne Salsicca, Linguini Salmon, rustic pizza’s baked in a wood fired brick oven and entrees such as Veal Marsala, Rack of Lamb and Veal Friulana.  


Ingredients The specials are just that “Special”. Changed daily to feature what is in season, you won’t be disappointed with the selection, taste and visualty of the plates.
